# Warehouse Manager

**The Company**  
Well-performing and renowned medical components company is seeking an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead operations at their NSW warehouse near North Ryde. You will manage a small team, overseeing warehouse performance, inventory control, logistics, and team development, while ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards. This is a key leadership role for someone ready to drive efficiency and operational excellence.

**The Role**  
Reporting to the operations manager, the Warehouse Manager is accountable for overseeing and managing all daily activities within NSW. Responsibilities will be to:

- Oversee all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Ensure accurate and timely inbound and outbound processing of stock and materials
- Maintain high inventory accuracy and stock control across all warehouse locations
- Monitor warehouse consumables and operational supplies
- Plan labour and resources to meet changing business demands
- Manage warehouse operating costs including staffing, consumables, and equipment
- Ensure compliance with WHS, quality, and regulatory standards
- Lead, coach, and develop the warehouse team to achieve high performance
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support business and customer requirements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse operations

**Your Background & Experience**

- Previous experience in a Warehouse Manager or Senior Warehouse Supervisor role
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management
- Experience using warehouse/inventory systems, SAP B1 exposure highly regarded
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work autonomously
