Are you a proactive and detail-oriented professional with sound knowledge within the Civil construction industry? Join the team at Geotas as our Warehouse and inventory manager and play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

**What you'll be doing:**

• Ensure all goods are received, un-loaded and properly stored.

• Check Supplier Invoices for correct pricing.

• Ensure that goods are received against delivery dockets/consignment notes to verify quantities. Take remedial action if discrepancies are found.

• Enter goods received invoices into MYOB, adjust inventory where necessary, and allocate to Geotas jobs.

• Check freight rates and freight company invoices for accuracy.

• Where required, prepare goods to be shipped out, and ensure they are properly packed /strapped for transport and ensure goods are invoiced.

• Placement and tracking of orders.

• Develop and maintain rapport with suppliers.

• Managing and auditing inventory, including stock-takes.

• Investigate and develop supply sources.

• Assist with sales and phone support.

• Confirmation of orders received – including variations.

• Promote the values of Geotas as a high-quality supplier of our clients’ needs.

• Maintain yard in a tidy and safe condition with all goods stacked safely and in an orderly position.
