We are seeking an energetic, hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead a small team of 3–5 employees. This role offers the opportunity to work with a tight-knit team, providing mentorship and guidance in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
This permanent position is suited to someone who likes to lead by example, takes pride in their work, and is eager to grow within a successful Western Australian–owned and operated company.

About You:
Licenses:
- Valid WA Drivers License
- Forklift License
Experience:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing warehouse team of five, creating a positive, accountable, and safety-focused culture
- Take a hands-on leadership approach across daily warehouse operations, including pick packing, dispatch, receivables, container loading, and general warehouse activities
- Oversee inventory accuracy through monthly cycle counts and annual stocktakes, driving continuous improvement in stock control practices
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor team members while ensuring compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and WHS requirements
- Coordinate and optimise warehouse workflows to improve productivity, service levels, and operational efficiency
- Drive improvements to stock location systems, warehouse layout, and product identification processes
- Assist the Logistics Coordinator to manage freight providers and ensure customer deliveries are completed on time
- Identify and implement process improvements, systems, and cost-saving initiatives to support operational growth and scalability
- Maintain a clean, organised, and high-performing warehouse environment with a strong focus on workplace health and safety standards at all times

- High attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy, quality, and continuous improvement
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving capability and a proactive approach to improving warehouse operations and efficiencies
- Sound computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications; experience with SAP Business One or a similar ERP system will be highly regarded
