## Operations Manager

### Overview

Revere Recruitment is seeking an Operations Manager for a full-time role based in Gold Coast. The position can be performed remotely.

Their compact vibration devices harness the science of fascia and the nervous system to deliver real muscle recovery, mobility, and pain relief. They are a DTC ecommerce brand in growth mode, shipping to customers across Australia, the US, and beyond.

### Responsibilities

#### What You'll Own

**Supply Chain and 3PL Management**  
- Day-to-day ownership of relationships with third-party logistics across Australia (Sydney), the US, and China.  
- Ensure fulfillment runs smoothly, managing relationships and resolving issues proactively.

**Demand and Inventory Planning**  
- Maintain buying plans and stock forecasts that align with growth objectives.  
- Review weekly forecasts, identify gaps, and make decisions on stock levels.

**Finance and Commercial Analysis**  
- Read and manage the P&L alongside the senior leadership team.  
- Build cash flow plans that reflect real buying and fulfillment activity.  
- Collaborate with a fractional CFO on financial matters.

**Scenario Planning and Problem Solving**  
- Develop options when plans go awry, and present creative solutions to challenges.

**People Leadership**  
- Manage and support the Operations Consultant reporting to this role.

### Qualifications

**What We're Looking For**  
- Solid experience in operations, supply chain, and demand planning within an ecommerce or product-based business.  
- Strong financial literacy, capable of reading a P&L and cash flow model confidently.
- Hands-on management of 3PL relationships across multiple geographies.
- Structured thinking with the ability to maintain operational cadence.
- Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced growth environments.
