Warehouse Manager

Our client an Australian owned company specialising in premium E-Commerce and fulfilment services who provide advanced warehousing facilities, real-time stock management, and seamless API shopping cart integration are looking for a Warehouse Manager for this newly created role for their Pakenham Victorian warehouse site.

Competitive Base Salary + Superannuation + 6 monthly Bonus

Reporting to the Director this role will work closely with 3 team leaders in ensuring their 20-30 staff maintain the company's excellent delivery of quality of service. Training will take place at their NSW Western Suburbs facility and then relocate permanently to their Victorian site. An estimated 2-3 months training is envisaged - travelling costs will be covered.

The role:

  • Vendor management - internal stakeholders/suppliers
  • Solid staff management experience no less than 5 years
  • This role has a "on the floor hands on approach expectation"

The Candidate:

  • Must possess excellent people and communication skills
  • Minimum 5 years experience managing a team
  • Capable of working with a hands on calm approach
  • Experience overseeing rosters and overtime
  • Candidates need to be Technically savvy - scanner experience
  • Candidates will need to have a solid understanding of Systems - POS
  • Candidates will need to understand Inventory - Stock Levels
  • Candidates will require Full Australian Working Rights
