# Private Credit Distribution Manager (Funds Management)

## About Our Client
A private credit investment manager specialising in construction finance, commercial mortgages, and alternative lending strategies.

## Job Description
- Originate and build relationships with family offices, HNW/UHNW investors, and wealth advisers
- Drive capital raising initiatives across private credit and alternative investment strategies
- Manage investor meetings, due diligence processes, and ongoing communications
- Support investor onboarding and capital commitment processes
- Collaborate with senior leadership on capital formation strategy
- Maintain and track investor pipeline activity using CRM systems
- Identify and develop new distribution channels and investor opportunities
- Represent the firm at investor meetings, presentations, and industry events

## The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in private credit, funds management, or alternative investments distribution
- Proven track record of successfully raising capital from wholesale investors
- Established network across family offices, wealth advisers, and HNW/UHNW investors
- Strong understanding of private credit products and investment structures
- Experience working with investment platforms
- Excellent relationship management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Commercially minded, self-driven, and able to generate immediate investor opportunities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
